Maison Close Splash Swimwear
SPLASH is Maison Close's swimwear collection — the same architectural thinking the house brings to lingerie, applied to bikinis and one-pieces. The wetlook red and black arrived in 2025. The iridescent blue, a true high-gloss finish rather than a wetlook, followed in 2026. Razor-thin straps, close-cut silhouettes, nothing overworked.

Maison Close approached swimwear the same way it approaches lingerie — as a question of cut, tension, and what happens at the edges. SPLASH launched in 2025 as a compact line of bikinis and one-piece swimsuits in wetlook red and wetlook black. In 2026 the house added an iridescent blue: a high-gloss finish rather than a wetlook, and a different proposition altogether.
The shapes are properly considered. Razor-thin straps, high-cut legs, close body fit, minimal hardware. The red and black are unlined — a very Maison Close decision, and one that behaves accordingly when wet. The iridescent blue is lined, which is the more wearable choice for most people and probably why it will become the bestseller. Three distinct moods, one architecture.
SPLASH works where French swimwear tends to — the kind of pool and the kind of light where you'd rather not be wearing something generic. Worn out of water it reads closer to a bodysuit than a swimsuit, which is partly the point. For women who think about swimwear the way they think about the rest of the wardrobe.
