Our packaging is plain and discreet.
- Order by 3:30pm Monday-Friday for same-day despatch with Royal Mail.
- Order by 1.00pm Monday-Friday for same-day despatch with DHL Express. Please note that DHL Express do not deliver on weekends as standard. Orders placed by 1pm on Fridays with DHL Express will have a Monday delivery aim.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the following working day.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following working day.

- NK Retail Group Ltd charges UK VAT on orders being shipped within the UK.
- European Union orders: As of Monday 20th November 2023, taxes are now included on EU orders up to €150 EUR. We are currently are currently unable to accept orders above this amount.
- If you are shopping from outside of the UK and EU, please check your local import taxes and duties prior to placing your order. The customer is responsible for paying import taxes, duties and customs fees, NK Retail Group Ltd is not responsible for any of these fees.
Delivery/shipping times will vary, this is a guide for our Standard Delivery Service from date of dispatch:
- Standard UK Delivery: 1-5 working days.
- International Europe Delivery: 1-10 working days.
- Worldwide: 1-20 working days.

Your items may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity, and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure they arrive on time and undamaged.
Naughty Knickers does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, international delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date: Large orders, customs clearance, credit card authorisation, and verification may all delay delivery of your order.
All products and sizes which are listed on Naughty Knickers are held in stock. If on the off-chance our website hasn't updated and a product/size which you have ordered has gone out of stock we will notify you by email.
