Royal Mail is experiencing severe service disruption to international export services following a cyber incident.

Royal Mail are temporarily unable to despatch items to overseas destinations.

Royal Mail teams are working around the clock to resolve this disruption and advise they will provide an update as soon as more information is available. They advised an investigation was immediately launched into the incident and they are working with external experts.

Please note that International Parcels are not currently being scanned at our local Chelmsford depot after collection from us. The first tracking scan will be once your parcel is ready to leave the UK at Heathrow Airport (Langley).
